Responsible play
Luck Party Player Safety
Luck Party provides a temporary account time-out and a longer self-exclusion option. Both restrict account access, so choose the tool whose length and conditions fit the break you need.
Account time-out
A time-out is the shorter break. The official support article currently offers periods from two days through 30 days. During the selected period, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated early.
Luck Party also says the player cannot sign in, play games or obtain coin packages during the time-out, and account communications are paused. Access returns when the chosen period ends.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is intended for a longer break and must last at least six months. The official policy says the signed request cannot be canceled or changed after it is received and processed.
During self-exclusion, Luck Party says it will use its best efforts to prevent the player from opening or reopening an account. Account access, play, coin-package transactions and promotional communications are restricted for the exclusion period.
How to request either option
- Open the official Luck Party support portal.
- Create a ticket under Player Safety Policy.
- Choose “Taking A Break” for a time-out or “Self Exclusion” for the longer restriction.
- Read the selected period and conditions carefully.
- Complete any form or confirmation requested by official support.
If you only want to correct account details or permanently close an account for another reason, use the routes in Luck Party Account Help.
Practical boundaries before a break
- Choose a stopping point before starting a session.
- Avoid treating GC or SC as a way to solve financial pressure.
- Turn off promotional notifications when they make taking a break harder.
- Ask someone you trust for support if play is becoming difficult to control.
- Use the formal account tool rather than relying only on willpower or browser blocking.
Player-safety tools are account controls, not a replacement for professional help. The official policy page includes additional responsible-play information and contact routes.
