If login is not working

1. Confirm the email address is the one used to register.

3. Check the registered email address, including its spam folder, for the reset link.
4. If no message arrives, use Send Again once and confirm that the email was entered correctly.
5. Try the current version of a major browser with cookies enabled.

Why access may be temporarily blocked

Luck Party’s support center says several failed login attempts can trigger a temporary security block that usually clears after about 30 minutes. Wait before trying again and use the password-reset route if the credentials may be wrong.
